Groups are important because they remind us of the truth that we are not alone in this fight. Work through Unraveled(for any woman) or Authentically You (women 24 yrs or under) one-on-one with a coach while meeting weekly via Zoom for check-ins and accountability.
The beauty of experiencing Unraveled or Authentically You this way is the flexibility to work at your own pace while also building meaningful connections with others who are on the same journey. Check out our GROUPS page to learn more!
One-on-One Coaching
Weekly meetings with Heather, processing content and reviewing material.
Community
Weekly group check-ins provide the perfect environment to meet with other safe women and share your hard, wins and goals.
On-going Support
After completing Unraveled or Authentically You, you will be invited into a larger community of women who have successfully completed Unraveled and are continuing to walk in freedom and accountability.
